Let's get you out of the 'things' that you find your head and heart stuck in! It's okay not to be okay. If you're not moving forward, you're moving backward, it's that simple. Goal-based coaching through repeated inner practice brings results while learning that hard things become easy and you are already deserving of all you desire!
We specialize in working with Mommies during maternity leave and beyond as this is where bumps in the road tend to show up and goal setting can be a bit muddled.
I will help you to understand how to provide yourself with mindfulness through awareness, acceptance, and openness. You will learn mindfulness in the form of self-love and healing, positive psychology, CBT, mentorship, and know how to quiet your mind whether it be in a time you set aside to meditate amongst your busy day or in the moments you journal before bedtime.

They are offered in a private or group setting. Let's work on making space for you. We have created several options to get you started. Jump in with both feet, or simply edge in slowly. We will go at your pace.

Our Mindful Mommy Sessions are rooted in Positive Psychology and include a combination of:

- Life Coaching & Mentorship using a positive psychology approach
- Artistic Guidance
- EFT Tapping Techniques
Our sessions begin four times a year in January, April, July and October.

Mindful Mommy Plan (A combination of Portrait Sessions and Mindful Wellness) 1:1 Private Work or Group Work

This collection includes 6 sessions over the period of a year with us. Our Mom Plan offers a balance of your cherished and important Newborn Portraits as well as some self-care guidance and love for Mama as you embark upon the first year of motherhood, with grace, friendship, and a helping hand.
- Your beautiful Newborn Session fee, including Mama with baby, Dad with baby and siblings... all the things that tug on Mom's heartstrings (newborn session policies apply regarding image purchase).
- Four 1-hour Mindful Mommy sessions held virtually with Marcie in the comfort of your home, scheduled around baby's naptime, and when you can carve out an hour to find a quiet space, with an open mind and a cup of tea in hand. These sessions will provide you with guidance to calm and quiet your mind, work through some of that stuff in life that you're stuck in, and alter your focus to elicit joy and calmness within.

What are the areas we will cover in the Mom Plan?
- EFT Tapping Sessions are available both in-person within our private and comfortable Studio or virtually in the comfort of your own home. These sessions are perfect for learning how to focus your anxious, nervous, uncertain energy, or perhaps your sad energy and bring yourself back to the horizon of a calmer more grounded self. Your tapping session will include basic skills and practices that will teach you to continue this method while on your own time and in the moments when you need it the most. EFT is a proven and effective method to reduce your immediate stress in practical situations by 'tapping' into your acupoints, verbalizing your fears, and walking you down from a high level of anxiety to a lower more manageable level.
- Mediation Guidance through a series of guided meditations including teachings and take-home practices that can be used in your busy days to help with joyful energy to start your morning, an extended moment to problem-pause amidst your day and to also allow yourself to let go of the day you've had in order to prepare for a night of more healthy and meaningful sleep.
