Let's get you out of the 'things' that you find your head and heart stuck in! It's okay not to be okay. If you're not moving forward, you're moving backward, it's that simple. Goal-based coaching through repeated inner practice brings results while learning that hard things become easy and you are already deserving of all you desire!

We specialize in working with Mommies during maternity leave and beyond as this is where bumps in the road tend to show up and goal setting can be a bit muddled.

I will help you to understand how to provide yourself with mindfulness through awareness, acceptance, and openness. You will learn mindfulness in the form of self-love and healing, positive psychology, CBT, mentorship, and know how to quiet your mind whether it be in a time you set aside to meditate amongst your busy day or in the moments you journal before bedtime.

Our classes are confidential, personal, and virtual. They are offered in a private or group setting.
Classes begin four times a year in January, April, July, and October.

Your Family Session

Photographing families is kind of our thing! We see most of our families every single year to update their walls, screen savers, and fine prints for loved ones as together, we document the growth and sometimes even additions their beautiful households! We capture candid posing with lots of direction from us that makes your experience comfortable and fun (yes, fun!) and shoot at a very specific time of day. We provide the location and plenty of wardrobe suggestions. We guide you with everything you need to receive the result you're looking for.

Many of you have navigated life with me for over a decade, creating beautiful captures of your important moments in family, business growth, and in life with all its losses and gains.

For quite some time, I've been asked by clients and peers to enable my personal images for purchase and share with you what my eye focuses on when I'm not with you and yours....and so, with that, it's "show-and-tell time".
